1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Jobbie application ("App") and the services provided by Jobbie ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

2.1. You must create a user account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

2.2. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Conduct

3.1. You agree not to use the App and Services for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes.

3.2. You shall not harass, abuse, or harm other users or violate their rights.

4. Work Quality and Reviews

4.1. Users acknowledge that the quality of work may vary. If work is performed to a disatisfactory level, you may receive a low rating and be subject to an official review by Jobbie.

5. Payment and Security

5.1. Jobbie stores credit card information securely to facilitate payment for services. Users' financial data is encrypted and protected.

6. Liability

6.1. Jobbie is not responsible for any misdeed, harm, or damage that may occur during a job transaction between users.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Jobbie may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App and Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be settled on a case-by-case basis. The dispute resolution process may take up to two weeks to be resolved.
